The 3rd Avenue Marketplace — Food Bank and Senior Cafe, in partnership with the City of Post Falls, is revitalizing the Rick Noordam Community Garden for the 2026 growing season. This project directly supports local food security by cultivating organic produce for distribution through the 3rd Avenue Marketplace Food Bank. The Food Bank currently holds 14 existing raised beds via a City MOU; this project will add 14 new beds arranged to mirror the existing layout, bringing the total to 28 Food Bank raised beds. We are seeking volunteer teams and community partners to contribute time, skills, and in-kind materials across several scheduled work days this spring.
