Registration Requirements

Please call 208-773-0139 to make an appointment for your registration. Below is a list of documents you will need to bring.

1. ID for all adults (driver’s license or state ID card).
   The number of people living at the residence includes adults, children, and seniors (birthdates required at registration time).

2. Proof of Residency:
   Must reside in the 83854 or 83858 zip code. Please bring in one of the following most current bills:

   • 1. Avista or Kootenai Electric bill – Preferred Document, or

   • 2. City of Post Falls, Ross Point Water, or North Kootenai Water bill, or

   • 3. Housing document (example: rent receipt, lease, etc.)

3. Proof of Income:
   Proof of income is needed for anyone 18 years of age or older living in the household.
   If somebody is over 18 with NO INCOME, they must have one of the options below:

   1. Be a caretaker of kids not going to school.

   2. Must be enrolled in the Idaho Department of Labor’s Job Seeker program and provide a profile page, or

   3. Full-time student schedule, or

   4. Medical release from working, or

   5. Disability Hearing letter.
